Pete the mint coolly snatches victory in tense last hole golf drama and takes Walsham Cup for Rotary once again.

 

On monday this week the annual Walsham Golf Trophy was again staged between members of Grays Thurrock Rotary Club, Grays 41 Club and former members of Grays Round Table. This hotly contested competition now in its 69th year, was finally won by Pete 'the mint' Minter representing the Rotary Club of Grays Thurrock  and seen here proudly bearing the spoils.
